Welcome to Thurgoland CE Primary. We provide a broad, rich curriculum which inspires our pupils and gives them a life-long love of learning. We have high expectations for all and ensure that the curriculum provides our children with key skills for the future, and a positive and resilient approach to learning. We understand the importance of working closely with our parents and pupils to meet individual needs. Please contact the office if you would like to arrange a visit to our caring, happy school.

We currently have a few places left in some of our year groups. Please contact school to arrange a visit.

We are thrilled to have all our pupils back in school with us this Autumn, and we are so proud of them for the way they have settled in to school life. They are very much enjoying be back with their friends and teachers, and are enjoying learning and having fun together.

The staff have worked very hard to make the start to the school year as calm and positive as possible, while ensuring that the school is a safe environment for all. We have followed government guidelines and consulted with stakeholders when producing our risk assessment and recovery plan. We will be reviewing all our procedures regularly to ensure that we are doing all that we can to keep everyone safe and well.
